Vincent Nayadayus
Vincent Nayadayus was a High Scion of House Zavora, active during the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy. He piloted the Knight Errant Veiled Hunter.[1]
Biography
Nayadayus, together with Veiled Hunter, were regarded as Zavora's most talented Scion-Knight pair when it came to the killing of great beasts. In addition, he was a prolific writer known for his tactical treatises, several of which have been published for other Imperial forces.[1]
During the Great Crusade, Nayadayus and Veiled Hunter took part in the seven-year extermination campaign against the xenos Gransathian Dominion.[1]
Later, during the Heresy, his successes in the Gransathian campaign led to Nayadayus being appointed Seneschal of War, commanding Loyalist elements of Zavora that were deployed away from Mars when the Martian Civil War erupted. Despite his personal distaste for how he had come to be appointed to his new title, Nayadayus did not shy from his duties. Over the course of the Heresy, he was credited with three enemy god-engine kills.[1]
