Tarsok Incursion

The Tarsok Incursion took place in 230.M41, when the Knights of House Taranis, under the leadership of Seneschal Halver, battled a Daemonic incursion on the Imperial world of Tarsok V.[1][2]
The Knights waded through a tide of Daemons to reach the Great Unclean One that led them and set their Reaper Chainswords against it. Though the Greater Daemon killed three Knights in the titanic battle, it was banished back to the Warp and the remaining Daemons soon faded from view. In the aftermath of the battle, Tarsok's surviving defenders were left to count the cost of their hard fought victory.[1][2]
