Kemalt Secundus is a planet of the Imperium, located in the Calixis Sector. Commissar Iako Sotniy was captured by Drukhari while defending this planet. Most of his Regiment of the Vickentian Zouaves perished but thwarted the invasion.^[1]

Based on the events of Act 3 in Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader (Video Game), this statements made by "The Commissar" contains lies. However, this backstory would have been spoken to a large number of people, any of whom might calling him out on it would cause issues with his plans. Given the similarity of this lie to the truth - that he was a soldier, only a conscripted one forced to fight Drukhari in an Imperial Penal Legion - the engagement itself, the planet and regiment are probably real things. Only his true motivations and him being a Commissar were the sole lies.
