Taktikus
Colonel Taktikus is a Warlord who commands Ghazghkull Thraka's Blood Axes forces and is part of his Counsill of Clan-Bosses.[1a]
History
He replaced the genius Genrul Straturgum as head of the Blood Axes, sometime between the ending of the Second and opening stages of the Third War of Armageddon, after the Genrul met his demise in an unfortunate accident. The ambitious Colonel heard the news when he returned to Thraka's hordes after besting a brilliant adversary. He then took Straturgum's place on the Counsill and also began wearing the Genrul's uniform. The Blood Axes were fortunate, though, as Taktikus had an even greater grasp of the art of fighting than Straturgum did. The Colonel would take part in the Third War of Armageddon[1a], until Thraka decided to leave in order to begin his quest to unite all of the Galaxy's Orks under his command. Before he departed from Armageddon, though, the Warlord sent the Counsill Clan-Bosses to start wars of their own elsewhere, even as the majority of his hordes continued to fight for the world[1b]. While the Counsill would later reunite under Thraka's command, it is not known if Taktikus was still among them when that occurred.[1c]
