Ironhold was an Iron Warriors Fortress World that was invaded by the Imperial Fists Chapter sometime after Thirteenth Black Crusade.[1]
Seeking vengeance for the recent damage the Phalanx had suffered at the hands of the forces of Chaos, the Imperial Fists, along with three Cadian armies and several Knight Houses, lay waste to Ironhold.[1]
