Schuto
Schuto was an Astra Militarum Commissar.[1]
History
He was among the Imperial forces that unsuccessfully defended Lazulai from a Tyranid invasion. As the world began to fall to the Xenos, after months of warfare, Schuto was among the Regiments based in the Cobalt Fortress, which was under General Kvelter's command. The Commissar would then maintain the discipline of the Fortress' Guardsmen, until he died in battle. After Schuto's death, Captain Bligh of the Cadian 2012th took it upon himself to carry out the Commissar's role and be responsible for delivering the Emperor's Judgement on the Fortress' wayward Guardsmen. This later led Bligh into conflict with Major Wulf Khan of the Catachan CMIII, when the Captain attempted to execute the CMIII Guardsman Falke Adair.[1]
