Shk'xil is a Slaanesh Keeper of Secrets.[1]

History

In M42, it was among the Daemons of Slaanesh who invaded the Imperial world Persiphon. This was after a civil war broke out between the world's six Halls of Excellence, which competed against each other to be judged the best at training the world's highly rated Guardsmen. The need to achieve victory, later led each of the Halls' war clerics to appeal to dark powers and caused Slaanesh's Daemons to invade Persiphon. Shk'xil and five other Keepers would join the attack and laid claim to the world. The influence of the Keepers of Secrets enveloped Persiphon and caused the veil between the warp and realspace to weaken further. As a result, nightmarish transformations had swept across the world and each Keeper ruled a unique realm, from the now corrupted Halls of Excellence. The entire Walast Province was ruled by Shk'xil and was transformed through warp sorcery into a colossal amphitheatre ringed by jagged yet elegant mountains. Here, mortal and Daemonic champions alike stalked one another through the shattered ruins of homes and shrines, seeking to slay their rivals and in doing so they would earn Shk'xil's adoration. Though an Ultramarines strike force, led by Captain Aurus, has now come to Persiphon' aid, the Space Marines are heavily outnumbered by Slaanesh's Daemons and the world's corrupted population. This has led Inquisitor Rudran Luc to call upon the Grey Knights for aid in saving Persiphon.[1]
