Pranagar was once the homeworld of the Sky Sentinels Space Marine Chapter.[2]
In the aftermath of the Great Rift's creation, during the 13th Black Crusade, Pranagar was invaded by Chaos forces led by the Daemon Primarch Magnus. Every Sky Sentinel came to their homeworld's defense during the invasion, but it was not enough and the entire Chapter was destroyed, allowing Magnus' forces to overrun Pranagar.[2]
