Tethris was an Imperial world subjected to Exterminatus after being overrun by the Tyranids.
History
Tethris was successfully conquered by an unspecified Tyranid hive fleet. However, while the Tyranids were still harvesting the planet's bio-reserves, a Space Marine fleet materialised from the Warp and destroyed the planet with a barrage of cyclonic torpedoes, fulfilling an Exterminatus order issued by Inquisitor Kryptman.[1]
