Jostero is an Imperium world that nearly met its end when the Chaos worshiper known as the Prophet of Jostero formed an alliance with the Keeper of Secrets N'Kari and opened a gateway to the Warp that allowed the Daemon and its forces to invade the world.[1]
However, this also brought about the world's salvation, as when the gateway drew in a portion of the Realm of Chaos, the cursed Grey Knights Supreme Grand Master Kaldor Draigo was pulled onto Jostero as well. This allowed Draigo to fight alongside a Grey Knights Brotherhood that arrived to save the world and working together they defeated the Prophet of Jostero and banished N'Kari and its Daemon forces. Shortly after the gateway on Jostero was closed though, Draigo was drawn back into the Warp.[1]
