Operation Argentus
Operation Argentus is a mixed Astra Militarum and Adeptus Mechanicus army, that is among the Imperial forces defending the invaded Kurnos Expanse.[1]

History
It is commanded by the Lord Militant General Antonin Kursveil[5] and is formed around the Cadian 441st Mechanised Infantry's 1st Platoon. This is led by Platoon Commander Dansk[2] and the 1st is known to make use of Wheeled Chimeras.[3] They act as Argentus' spear tip and are assisted by a Death Korps of Krieg Platoon and Krieg Field Ordnance Batteries, as well as a squadron of Battle Tanks from the 1st Narmenian Armoured.[2]
Operation Argentus is currently among the Imperials defending the constantly invaded Kurnos Expanse. They are being assisted by a detachment of Forge World Dykurnos VI's Adeptus Mechanicus forces.[1]

Trivia
Operation Argentus, Dykurnos VI, the Kurnos Expanse and Wheeled Chimeras were created by the Games Workshop employee Andy Barlow. They were featured in the White Dwarf magazine's 2023-2024 A Tale of Four Warlords competition.[1]
