The Eye of Ezekiel is a novel in the Space Marine Battles (Novel Series) by CZ Dunn.

Story Description

When the Adeptus Mechanicus invokes an ancient pact with the Dark Angels, Ezekiel, Grand Master of the Librarians, must lead the 5th Company to liberate the planet of Honoria from a vast ork army. Even reinforced by the regiments of the Astra Militarum, the Dark Angels face a tremendous challenge, and the Adeptus Mechanicus appear to have their own reasons for becoming involved in this conflict...^[1]

Conflicting sources

• It is not clear how many casualties were suffered by Danatheum's unsuccessful assault of Aryand; the Epilogue states in his communications to Ezekiel "Two brothers of the Ravenwing dead and scores more wounded...", however, in Chapter Thirteen (earlier in the novel) mention is made of "...three black-armoured corpses, their throats torn open surgically to recover the gene-seed within."
