Mindwitches are Rogue Psykers who are part of a Chaos Cult's Dark Commune^[1]

Overview

All that remains of the psyker that is a Mindwitch is a mutated, swollen head mounted on an armature, connected by arcane tubes and cables to a mindless slave. Beings of pure power, they can torture the minds of their victims and weave vortexes of empyric energy^[2b], and can turn willing - and unwilling - cultists into Mutants.^[2a]
