Guardian of the Shroud
The Guardian of the Shroud is a title held by a member of the Blood Angels, who is charged with protecting the Chapter's sacred Shroud of Sanguinius relic.[1]
Description
It is kept in a box that is protected by a stasis field, but this can be turned off by the Guardian. When this occurs, the Shroud will give off psychic vibrations that will send any nearby Blood Angels into a frenzy. The Guardian himself is not affected by this, though, and when the stasis field is reactivated, the afflicted Blood Angels will return to normal.[1]
