Plague Toad
From Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum

Plague Toads[1]
Plague Toads, also known as Rot-Eaters and Sewer-Kin are Daemons of Nurgle.[1]
Overview
They are described as being mutated vermin, that are pseudo-amphibian sacs of brackish filth and pus, whose wide maws can swallow a man whole. Plague Toads are drawn to places of disease and decay, and in such places those versed in the lore of Nurgle can summon the Daemons and bind them to their will[1]. They are also often corralled in the Chaos God's realm and herded into battle as lesser mounts for Plaguebearers, known as Pox Riders.[2]
